Daedo’s Gen3 closed March with strong presence across four official WT championships

Barcelona, March 2026. Daedo’s Gen3 electronic body protector completed a high-impact international month after being implemented at four official World Taekwondo championships: the U.S. Open, Slovenia Open, Dutch Open, and Oceania Games.

Barcelona, March 2026. Daedo’s Gen3 electronic body protector completed a high-impact international month after being implemented at four official World Taekwondo championships: the U.S. Open, Slovenia Open, Dutch Open, and Oceania Games.

The run began in Las Vegas with the prestigious U.S. Open Championship, a competition globally recognized for its originality and for the high organizational standard delivered by the federation involved. According to the statement released by Daedo, the event unfolded flawlessly and received a highly positive evaluation from both spectators and participants, who highlighted the performance and reliability of the Gen3 system.

That same weekend, the Slovenia Open, a G2 event, also featured the Gen3 electronic body protector. According to the official information, the competition was also a success and once again showcased two core strengths of the system: precision and optimal functionality, both considered essential to ensuring fairness among competitors.

In mid-March, the Dutch Open followed with another strong showing, further reinforcing the confidence that athletes and coaches have placed in this new generation of electronic body protectors. In that setting, Daedo also highlighted the results got by members of Team Daedo, with Jairo Agenjo winning gold in the -54 kg division and Adrián Vicente taking bronze in -63 kg.

The schedule concluded with the Oceania Games, which further solidified Gen3’s presence on the international competition stage and reaffirmed its positioning as a technological benchmark within global Taekwondo.

Taken together, those four events confirmed, according to Daedo, the consolidation of the Gen3 system as a reliable, precise, and innovative tool, with direct impact on both competitive quality and refereeing transparency in international Taekwondo.
