Daedo welcomes Violeta Díaz and Jairo Agenjo: a commitment to the next generation of Spanish Taekwondo

The news, seemingly simple, has a strategic interpretation: at the beginning of the new sporting cycle, Daedo is not only adding two names; it is placing a clear focus on young talent that is already competing—and winning—in the senior divisions, with international credentials that position them as key players for the Spanish elite.
Two profiles that are no longer “promising”: they are delivering results

Violeta Díaz (-46 kg) joins Team Daedo with a resume that combines precocity and consistency: European Junior Champion, two-time Spanish Senior Champion and, at just 17 years of age, one of the most promising competitors in Spanish Taekwondo.
Jairo Agenjo (-54 kg), also a European Junior Champion, has just been crowned Spanish Champion at the event held in Torrevieja, and is defined by three attributes that usually separate the good from the truly dangerous: competitive consistency, sporting maturity, and a regular presence on international podiums.
Along the same lines, monitoring of the FER (Foment d’Esportistes amb Reptes) program provided data that explains why these kinds of agreements “come at the right time”:
both Violeta (Finestrat) and Jairo (Villajoyosa), aged 17, started 2026 by becoming Spanish champions in the absolute category, with a demanding schedule ahead of them.
What Daedo is backing when it signs two junior champions

In modern high performance, serious sponsorship is not “a photo with a logo”: it is day-to-day support for performance, where continuity is as important as the medal. That is why Daedo insists on a central idea: supporting sports development at the highest level and reinforcing its commitment to young talent.
At the same time, Daedo has been building its brand identity not only through clothing, but also through the competition ecosystem: its catalog includes electronic equipment and components linked to the Protector Scoring System (PSS), an increasingly decisive technological layer in the competitive experience of international Taekwondo.
The phrase that defines a movement
“The inclusion of Jairo and Violeta to Team Daedo reflects our commitment to supporting the athletes who will shape the future of taekwondo,” said Chuen Wook Park, president of Daedo.
