The initiative aims to strengthen ties with foreign diplomatic missions in Korea while introducing participants to Taekwondo’s values and spirit. According to Kukkiwon, the program also seeks to build personal networks that could support future international projects and strengthen the institution’s global profile.

Over eight weeks, participants will attend one three-hour session per week, combining theoretical instruction with practical training. A final evaluation will determine completion, with certificates awarded to those who fulfill the program’s requirements.
