International Poomsae Seminar – November 9, 2025
National Black Belt Dan & Skip Dan Testing – November 9, 2025
Hall of Fame Awards & Gala – Honoring Excellence

The celebrations begin on November 8, 2025, with the prestigious PTF Hall of Fame Awards & Gala, recognizing individuals who have made extraordinary contributions to the development and promotion of Taekwondo. The evening will feature dinner, awards, and a gala celebration, bringing together leaders, pioneers, and supporters of the art.

International Poomsae Seminar – World-Class Instruction

On November 9, 2025, PTF will host an International Poomsae Seminar led by Grand Master Kang Ik Pil, a 9th Dan Kukkiwon Instructor and former World Taekwondo Poomsae Instructor for International Referee Courses.

Grand Master Kang, widely respected for his technical expertise, will provide comprehensive instruction in Poomsae techniques, philosophy, and application. The seminar is mandatory for all Dan Testing participants but is also open to all ranks and styles of Taekwondo practitioners seeking to expand their knowledge.

National Black Belt Dan & Skip Dan Testing – Advancing Fairness

Also on November 9, 2025, the PTF Black Belt Dan & Skip Dan Testing will take place, offering practitioners a professional and inclusive pathway for advancement.

National Dan Testing is open to practitioners of all Taekwondo styles (WT, ITF, KT, and traditional schools), ensuring a unified standard of excellence.

PTF Skip Dan Testing provides an opportunity for those who, due to political or financial barriers, were unable to test in the past, reaffirming PTF’s commitment to fairness and accessibility.
