The seminar followed strong interest generated by Daedo’s 2024 edition and returned with a clear objective: present new advances and technologies linked to its latest Electronic Protection System, Gen3, reinforcing the company’s commitment to excellence and its standing in official World Taekwondo competitions.

43 attendees from 19 countries

The event gathered 43 participants from 19 countries, underlining the international footprint of the company and its global presence in Taekwondo’s technology landscape. Countries represented included Taiwan, Croatia, Egypt, Japan, Poland, France, Italy, Mexico, Estonia, Greece, Cyprus, the Netherlands, Chile, Colombia, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Norway.

What changed: reliability, precision, and comfort

Across the sessions, Daedo showcased multiple technology updates expected to deliver a significant step forward in reliability, precision, and comfort in competitions. The stated intent was to improve the experience for athletes, referees, and organizers, with an increasingly advanced and dependable system.

Leadership and technical direction

The seminar was presented by Daedo director Sam Park, alongside Jin Lee (Head of the PSS Department) and Andrew Pang (Daedo’s new Head of Engineering). Over the two-day program, attendees received specialized technical training and learned directly about projects currently in development as the company aims to remain a global reference in Taekwondo-applied technology.
