MASTKD Opens Registration Interest for Its Historic International Campus in Korea

From December 6 to 11, 2026, families, schools, masters, instructors and practitioners of all ages, ranks and experience levels will have the opportunity to enjoy an immersive experience at Taekwondowon.

MASTKD invites the international Taekwondo community to join its first Campus in South Korea, an experience that will combine Taekwondo, culture, music, technology and winter activities in the birthplace of the martial art.

The MASTKD Korea Camp 2026 will have its main venue at Taekwondowon, in Muju, one of the world’s most important and iconic centers dedicated to Taekwondo.

The program is not reserved for high-performance athletes. Families, schools, masters, instructors and students of all ages, ranks and experience levels may participate.

The purpose of the Campus is to experience Taekwondo through its martial, sporting, cultural, artistic, musical and technological dimensions.

Confirmed Dates

The Campus will take place from December 6 to 11, 2026.

Sunday, December 6 will be dedicated to arrival in Korea and general group coordination. The official program at Taekwondowon will begin on Monday, December 7, and conclude on Friday, December 11.

Preliminary Schedule

Sunday, December 6 – Arrival in Korea

  • Participant arrivals.
  • Welcome and general group coordination.
  • Preparation for the transfer to Taekwondowon.

Monday, December 7 – Arrival at Taekwondowon

  • 6:00 p.m. – Arrival, check-in and accommodation.
  • 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. – Dinner.
  • 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. – Program orientation, ski safety session and equipment pickup.
  • From 8:30 p.m. – Free time and rest.

Tuesday, December 8 – Poomsae and Muju Resort

  • 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. – Breakfast.
  • 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – Intensive Poomsae session: fundamentals, technical correction, application and performance quality.
  • 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. – Lunch.
  • 1:00 to 1:30 p.m. – Transfer to Muju Resort.
  • 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. – Ski lessons and practice according to experience level.
  • 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. – Return to Taekwondowon and personal time.
  • 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. – Dinner.
  • From 7:00 p.m. – Free time and rest.

Wednesday, December 9 – Taekwondo Demonstration and Ski Activities

  • 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. – Breakfast.
  • 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – Taekwondo Demonstration session: fundamentals, synchronized kicks, presentation skills and optional basic breaking techniques.
  • 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. – Lunch.
  • 1:00 to 1:30 p.m. – Transfer to Muju Resort.
  • 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. – Free ski activities according to experience level.
  • 4:30 to 5:00 p.m. – Return of ski equipment.
  • 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. – Return to Taekwondowon.
  • 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. – Dinner.
  • From 7:00 p.m. – Free time and recovery.

Thursday, December 10 – Kyorugi, Music and Technology

  • 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. – Breakfast.
  • 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – Kyorugi session: footwork, distance control, reaction drills, pad work, tactics and controlled sparring.
  • 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. – Lunch.
  • 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. – Rest and personal time.
  • 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. – Taekwondo Dance: choreography, rhythm and group synchronization.
  • 3:30 to 3:45 p.m. – Break.
  • 3:45 to 5:15 p.m. – Virtual Taekwondo experience and team challenges.
  • 5:15 to 6:00 p.m. – Final showcase, group photo and conclusion of the sports program.
  • 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. – Dinner.
  • From 7:00 p.m. – Farewell evening and free time.

Friday, December 11 – Tour and Closing Ceremony

  • 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. – Breakfast.
  • 9:00 to 10:15 a.m. – Guided tour of Taekwondowon, its Experience Center, observatory and available facilities.
  • 10:15 to 11:00 a.m. – Completion ceremony, certificate presentation and closing remarks.
  • From 11:00 a.m. – Departure from Taekwondowon.
