The Organizing Committee (OC) of the Poomsae Bulgaria Open 2026 (WT G2) circulated an official logistics notice to coaches and team managers as preparations continued in Sofia, outlining how delegations and spectators will enter the venue and complete registration procedures.
Venue and access concept
The OC confirmed the competition will take place at Arena 8888 Sofia on Boulevard Asen Yordanov 1, noting the facility allows for expanded operational space and improved flow. With multiple entry points available, the OC published a venue map marking key locations and entrances.
Entrances: who uses which door
A.0 — Team Registration Desk (coaches / head of team only)

Only the Head of Team or team coaches can enter through A.0 (no athletes).

Registration will run in two lines: Priority Team Registration and Standard Team Registration.

Teams assigned to the Standard line must present proof of payment or other subscription-related information.

At the desk, teams must provide their Team ID number.
C.0 — Athletes’ and teams’ entrance (competition day)

All team members will enter via C.0 on March 1 (01.03).

Entry requires an event credential; anyone who loses it must return to the Registration Desk.
B.1 — Spectators’ entrance / ticketing

Spectators and non-accredited visitors will use B.1 to purchase tickets and enter the venue.

Tickets will be available at the gate and online through the event’s designated platform.
Competition operations note: four areas and possible access adjustment
The OC stated the event will run on four competition areas. It also warned that after the Kyorugi event, the Field of Play layout will change, which could lead to adjustments in the athletes’ entry configuration.
Registration schedule and freestyle timing
The OC set a single registration day:

February 28 (28.02) — 10:00–13:00 and 14:00–18:00
A detailed schedule will follow, but the OC advised teams to plan for Freestyle performances at the end of the competition day.
