MASTKD and ITF Establish Strategic Global Partnership
Seoul, Korea – The International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) and MASTKD, the world’s leading media platform specializing in this discipline, have entered into an official partnership to strengthen international communication, safeguard its historical heritage, and enhance the global visibility of ITF activities.

Under the agreement, MASTKD is now the official media partner of the International Taekwon-Do Federation. A dedicated ITF section will be launched on www.mastkd.com, featuring official releases, exclusive interviews, event coverage, and educational materials authorized by the federation.
The partnership was formalized on October 28, 2025, in Seoul, during a meeting between Grand Master Choi Jung Hwa, President of the ITF, his Executive Team, and MASTKD representatives. Both parties reaffirmed their shared mission to preserve the authentic legacy of General Choi Hong Hi, founder of this martial art, whose vision emphasized discipline, respect, and unity.
“This partnership marks a new chapter in global communication for our art,” said Grand Master Choi Jung Hwa, President of the ITF. “MASTKD’s professionalism and international reach will ensure that the founder’s teachings and our federation’s work are accurately represented and shared worldwide.”
MASTKD recognizes the ITF led by Grand Master Choi Jung Hwa as the legitimate continuation of the original federation established by General Choi Hong Hi. While various groups worldwide use the ITF name, this organization represents the authentic lineage of the founder’s philosophy and technical heritage.
