WT responds to controversy caused in social media
According to a document sent to all MNAs in English, Spanish, Arabic and French, WT found evidence of negligence and mismanagement of PATU, resulting in severe irregularities.
«The evidence gathered was reviewed and analyzed extensively by several committees, independent individuals and experts,» the missive explains.

Recently, messages were circulating on social media in which WT was accused of wrongdoing. Therefore, the IMC issued a statement in which the respective clarifications are made to what happened.

The elections in the PATU will be carried out through electronic voting on Saturday, October 9 at 20:00 hrs. of Mexico, while the World Taekwondo will have its election on October 11.
